This phenomenon usually stops when she is pregnant and is breastfeeding her baby. In addition, menopause can be a symptom of an underlying disease. Menstruation occurs during this condition and some girls have hormonal imbalances, such as breast pain, headaches, conditional pain, emotional tension, and minor discomfort in the abdomen as they approach menstruation.

Some girls hear the word and cry … (me too) From the whole world, Women have to go through a lot of suffering because of the increased strength a woman possesses. So women have to endure the pain of menstruation too.

Let me tell you a little Analogy about Menstruation

The pain of burning 100 alive puppies at once. This is how I feel about it. It takes place monthly or once in 24 days or 28 days. The body gives certain signals to indicate menstruation a week beforehand.

A week before the cycle starts

  • The back hurt
  • The legs hurt
  • Fish dancing feeling of the underbelly
  • The thighs hurt

When these symptoms occur, our girls get to know that their menstruation circle is nearing.

Shall we make a change to this?

Let’s create a Period Tracker. But How?

Suppose you have a maximum of 30 days a month, then 365 days a year. let’s mark these menstruation dates.

What would you say? I have more experience doing this for three years. Marking is not enough. Hmm, Let’s take a look at how this should be done.

First take a blank book.

Then let’s name this book. Let’s say….. Shark Days Tracker Book so that nobody will guess what it is.

Now to create the tracker a table should be drawn to include the 12 months and 365 days. ( I’ll share a picture of mine to refer )

Now you can log in all the details such as:

  • Blood type
  • Blood flow pattern ex: high, regular, soft, dots ( in drops )
  • How much pain you feel
  • Your sexual behavior
  • Even if you experience a fever, you better log it in
  • If there was unprotected sexual behavior, add that too.
  • Also, the married ladies can log in ways of birth control that is used by you.

The importance of this is that we are able to monitor the sicknesses and symptoms which is much easier for the doctors when treating an illness. Also, it’s much easier for us to get ready for the pains and aches beforehand when we know when it will be occurring.

Many of you may find this useless but to tell the truth, this has personally helped me a lot. Once my menstruation cycle wasn’t functioning properly and had to reach out to a hospital, where this tracker helped a lot for the diagnosis. Therefore you should try this too.

Now let’s take a look at how we should face the pains and what should be done during those days.

Think Positive and Stay Relieved

Many of you neglect happiness because of this menstruation. Some think that menstruation is worse than Covid-19. Thinking like this itself is more than enough for the pain to get worse. So stop thinking likewise and think positive.

Add a pinch of Salt and take a Warm Bath at night

Salt is capable of giving relief to the body muscles, therefore the pain will get minimized.

Request your Mother or your Husband to Massage your Feet

By massaging the middle of your sole helps to reduce the pain.

Massaging the Pressure Points

This is a very successful method but you should do only if you know how to do it properly. I do it by massaging between the thumb and the index finger.

Warm Water Bottle

Many of you are already aware of this method. Fill a small bottle with warm water and use it to massage the abdomen.

Stay Active
